Low Archibald Real Estate Group, founded in 2002 by real estate veterans John Low and David Archibald, is a Newport Beach based developer of quality industrial properties in the western United States specializing in maximizing investor value through real estate development. One area of the company’s expertise is the development of for-sale office and industrial condominiums and buildings in diversified markets. Completed projects include Hamilton Business Center in Los Angeles, California, which consists of 14 industrial buildings ranging in size from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, Spectrum Business Center in Rancho Cucamonga, California which includes 17 industrial buildings ranging in size from 7,400 to 24,000 square feet., and more recently, Magnolia Spectrum Business Center in Riverside, California which contains industrial buildings, retail buildings and pads ranging in size from 1,500 to 9,000 square feet.
